Please note that effective April 2009 you must send in your documentation of 32 hours of continuing education in order to renew your certificate. There is a renewal application to download on the above site.  YOU WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED FROM THIS OFFICE IF YOU ARE NOT STATE CERTIFIED.
