Member Assistance Program (MAP)

This program provides all eligible members (excluding retirees) and eligible dependents of the Inside, Sound & Communications and Residential Health Plans with 3 free counseling sessions per incident.

Your Member Assistance Program (MAP) offers confidential assistance and support for a wide range of issues, including divorce, substance abuse, job stress, anxiety/depression, family issues, parenting skills, grief and loss,  budgeting, landlord/tenants, domestic violence, etc.   

Call PacifiCare Behavioral Health (PBH) for pre-authorization prior to receiving any services. 

The PBH toll-free number is 877-225-2267. When calling, state that you are a participant of the Redwood Empire Electrical Workers Health & Welfare Plan (ID#10000920).  Residential and Sound & Communications members call the same number.  They will ask for your social security number.
